We will make it right, or we will give your money back. Fair both ways — you are protected, and so are we.
First, we fix it. If the resume is not right, tell us what is wrong and we will rewrite it once, free, within 2 business days. Most of the time that is all it takes, and you end up with what you actually wanted instead of your money back.
Then, if it is still not right, we refund you in full. Ask within 7 days of delivery and the money goes back to your card.
We ask one thing in return: tell us what missed. Not to talk you out of it — so the next person's resume is better.
These are files you download and keep, so the rules are a little different — the same way a bookstore cannot take a book back once you have read it.
What we will not refund is a kit that was downloaded, used, and simply is not wanted anymore. That is not a defect, and we think you would agree.
If you pay and our system does not deliver what you bought, we refund you automatically. You will not have to chase us or notice it yourself. That is our failure, not your problem.
Email support@purpleheartaiconsulting.com from the address you ordered with, and say what happened.
A real person reads it. We reply within one business day, and approved refunds go back to the card you paid with — usually 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.
